We are preparing a unique 4 days in the wider area of Paleochora Chania!
Yoga and Cretan herbal therapy will unite their healing elements so that we become one with the five elements of nature, in connection with the special energy of Crete.

– Day 1 – Earth Prithv

Welcome with grounding practice.
Introduction to another understanding. The power and knowledge of Crete.
Free time in Paleochora, bathing food.

– 2nd day-Fire -Agni.

 The day will start with shaking meditation and a dynamic yoga practice to prepare us for the day!
We take our bus and transfer to the canyon of the Kandan Mountains Connecting with the mountain, healing herbs and elements.
Light lunch in the village and learn about healing and care through the power of herbs. Visit to Saccha Ashram for kirtan…. Return

– Day 3 – Aera – Vayo

Morning practice to warm up and we left by boat for the most beautiful seas of southern Crete.
The herbs where the sea rains, where the wind dominates.

– Day 4 – Ether – akash
Morning yogic practice. Visit to the river, matter and energy.
Farewell.

Participation fee 520 euros.
Includes 4 nights in a double room with breakfast, all yoga and meditation practices, transportation to and from the river and the gorge, boat trip, guided tour of the gorge and the river.
Does not include boat tickets, transportation to and from Paleochora and meals and products to buy from the stall if you wish. You can contribute to the ashram with a donation.
It is possible to extend the stay either before or after. Ask us!
