Ioannina 200hrs TTC

Your Self – Realization Journey of our Teacher Training Course (TTC) 200hr – starts with MOKSHA HEALING YOGA SCHOOL!

A spiritual path coupled with asanas.

TARGET OF THE TRAINING

  • The yoga teacher training course focuses on Vinyasa. The Vinyasa Flow Yoga system is a combination of asanas (yoga postures), dynamic movement (vinyasa) combined with breath control (pranayama). It can form the basis of countless yoga sequences since the foundation and alignment of each pose will be analyzed in depth. Breathing, drishti (gaze) and bandhas (energy locks) are the main components of this method. Additionally, and upon completion of this training course, new yoga instructors will be able to create their own flows (sequences) using elements of the instructors’ sequences and parts of their individual personalities.

Basic alignments, modifications, contraindications and use of basic yoga props as well as practical adjustment techniques, teaching methodology and teaching practice are all on the agenda of this course.

Through the theoretical knowledge of Anatomy and teaching techniques the trainees will be able to address a wide variety of students and even create personalized classes for clients with special needs and requirements. We put a lot of emphasis on learning the Sanskrit names of postures to expand your knowledge and enhance your professionalism as a teacher as well as a student!

In addition, the course includes pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation sessions that will give aspiring yoga teachers the opportunity to incorporate them into their own classes and take their own practice to a deeper level. Other yoga styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Anusara yoga and Hatha yoga will be part of our classes.
