Some information

1. The Art of Stillness
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, soften, and listen. In long-held postures, the body opens gently while the mind quiets, creating space for deep release and inner awareness. This practice cultivates patience, presence, and surrender — qualities that extend far beyond the mat.

2. The Power of Sound
Sound Healing is a journey of vibration. Through instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the nervous system relaxes and the subtle body attunes to harmony. When combined with Yin Yoga, sound becomes a medicine that carries you deeper into stillness, meditation, and restoration.

3. The 60-Hour Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Training
This immersive 60-hour training weaves together the wisdom of Yin Yoga and the transformative power of sound. It is designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and seekers ready to expand their tools for healing and teaching.

4. The Wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Rooted in the principles of Yin and Yang, meridians, and the flow of Qi, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a profound lens through which to understand the practice of Yin Yoga. In this training, you will explore how TCM philosophy weaves into postures, sequencing, and energetic healing — learning how to harmonize the body’s subtle currents, balance the elements, and create classes that nourish both body and spirit.

What you will learn:

  • Foundations of Yin Yoga: philosophy, anatomy of fascia & connective tissue, sequencing, and safe alignment.

  • The art of guiding long-held postures with presence and intention.

  • Sound Healing principles: how vibration affects body, mind, and energy.

  • Practical training with singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice.

  • How to skillfully combine Yin Yoga and Sound Healing in classes, workshops, and retreats.

  • Holding sacred space: creating an environment for deep rest and transformation.
